Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

PhotoTune (“the Site”) values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what information the Site handles and how.

1. Photo processing

Photos you open on the Site are processed only inside your browser and are never sent to or stored on servers of the Site operator or any third party. When you close the browser tab, the photo data you were editing is cleared from memory.

2. Personal information we collect

The Site has no sign-up and does not directly collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number. However, the hosting server that delivers the Site may automatically keep standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type and access time, for operation and security.

3. Browser storage (localStorage)

Adjustments saved with the “Presets” feature (the preset name and numeric values such as exposure and contrast) are kept only in your browser’s local storage. This information is never sent to a server or shared with other users. Deleting this site’s data in your browser settings also deletes your presets. Your language choice from the language menu is stored in the same way.

4. Cookies and advertising

The Site may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense to cover running costs.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Photo editing keeps working even if you refuse cookies.

5. External fonts

Some fonts in the text tool are loaded from Google Fonts. To download the font files, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and standard request information such as your IP address may be passed to Google.

6. Children’s privacy

The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the changes and the new effective date on this page.
